Alabama Land Title Company, Inc., formerly J.A. Ertzinger and Son was established in 1909 and is Baldwin County’s oldest title company. We are proud to be celebrating our 106th year of service. We have represented Lawyer’s Title Insurance Corporation, now known as Commonwealth Title Insurance, as agents since March 1957 in Baldwin, Escambia, Conecuh, Mobile and Monroe Counties in Alabama. We are also agents for First American Title Insurance Company and Westcor Land Title Insurance Company. Our reputation is one of accurate and timely service. Alabama Land Title works closely with numerous lending institutions and we are confident they would speak highly of our service. We have offices located in Bay Minette, Daphne, and Foley.
